New vibrant and delicious dishes at one of the Algarve's favourite restaurants

Gourmet Natural is back with an exciting new menu for 2018! One of the finest restaurants in the Algarve, Gourmet Natural keeps the steak house faith with its outstanding Uruguayan beef and adds new mediterranean and vegetarian dishes that are creative, colourful and delicious. Relax on the superb deck, lingering over a tasty meal in a magnificent setting. Open from 27th April for the 2018 season, this is Gourmet Natural's 10th anniversary.

Since 2008, Gourmet Natural has been serving outstanding quality food in a lushly elegant setting with a summer deck that is close to everyone's ideal of outside dining for mellow evenings. The moon rises through the palm fronds and each table sits in it's own oasis of soft lighting while cocktails are sipped, and food is savoured.

The focus has always been on the high quality, organic, grass fed Uruguayan beef, cooked over the flames of the Parrilla. In 2018, those signature steaks can still be enjoyed at Gourmet Natural along with many new and exciting dishes inspired by the wonderful local produce and fresh and healthy flavours. The range of dishes is such that Gourmet Natural  is one of those rare restaurants where a carnivore, a pescatarian and a vegetarian can all enjoy an equally fabulous meal. This year you can enjoy starters of Cured Duck Breast with sweet potato purée and port glaze, a Beef Carpaccio with walnuts and asparagus, Cured Mackerel Mille Feuille, a summer salad of water melon, feta and sesame seed, a Seafood Bisque or the perennial Gourmet Natural favourites - the Empanadas.

From the grill you have a choice of beef cuts - sirloin, fillet, rib-eye - or you can opt for Surf 'n Turf or rack of lamb. There are several fish dishes to choose from too, hake, sea bass and fresh cod as well as duck and chicken options. There are also vegetarian options such as Seitan loaf with tomato and parmesan and Asparagus and Porcini risotto.

While the menu may have changed, the restaurant itself is as inviting as ever. Guests are encouraged to linger over their meal, enjoying the food and ambience, an unhurried evening of easy conversation as another Algarve summer evening turns to dusk and night falls.

Gourmet Natural is open for dinner only from 7pm, every day except Monday from April to 30th June 2018.
