Vino by Paper Moon is a new and exciting venue for wine lovers to enjoy. Overlooking W Algarve’s gardens and fountain, with views sweeping down to the ocean, Vino is home to an outstanding selection of local, national, and international wines. Intimate and relaxed, this is a wine and dine experience that will captivate visitors.

A welcoming place, Vino is the perfect spot for wine-tasting sessions, for an after-dinner port, or full the full experience of wines expertly paired with the dishes. Sommelier Miguel Martins has curated an outstanding collection of wines from around the world, including some that, in Portugal, are exclusively available at Vino. Passionate and very knowledgeable, Miguel is a great communicator, conveying the uniqueness of each wine and its attributes. His guidance and pleasure in sharing insights, elevate the Vino experience to an exceptional level.

The wine list includes some locally produced wines as well as wines from various Portuguese regions, plus wines from all around the world - New Zealand, France, Chile, the USA and even England. These superb wines are treated well at Vino - each wine is served in crystal glasses, the size and shape of which is chosen to best highlight the characteristics of that specific wine.

Vino’s menu is a testament to its commitment to seasonal and Mediterranean traditions, where quality produce from both land and sea comes together harmoniously. Curated by Paper Moon, the inspiration is classic Italian cuisine, and the menu features some enticing creations, as well as dishes of the day, where the freshest produce shines.

With a relaxed and intimate ambience, unpretentious yet assured, at Vino guests feel as though they have stepped into a glorious wine cellar, with a friendly guide to ensure they fully enjoy the experience.
