Description
This guided hike starts at Praia da Marinha, a 24-million-year-old cliff area featured in the Michelin guide, where you can photograph iconic rock formations including the Titanic, Heart, and Bridge. Next, the tour reaches the top of Benagil Cave, offering views of the sea-bathed interior.
The route continues to Algarseco on the trail of the seven hanging valleys, where you will explore the Boneca Cave carved by seawater. Finally, the hike arrives at Senhora da Rocha and Praia Nova Beach, where a 16th-century chapel stands atop a cliff and a natural rock tunnel connects the two beaches.
Time allows for swimming, relaxation, or cliff walking if sea and weather conditions permit. Pets are welcome throughout the tour, which includes multiple photo stops and professional guiding.
Travel between the main sites is by air-conditioned van, and timing at each stop includes transportation time which may vary by group dynamics.
