Originating in Milan in 1977, and still today a meeting place for the city’s fashionistas and glitterati, Paper Moon is now in the Algarve, and is all about delivering an authentic Italian dining experience, with a focus on quality products, in a welcoming, contemporary and relaxed ambience.

The design and décor of Paper Moon at W Algarve is light and bright, with easy-on-the-eye white panelling, beautiful wave-motif ceramics and one of the best-looking pizza ovens you’ll find anywhere! Dine inside at the high bar or table booths, or opt for al fresco meals on the terrace, where the view, and the private cabana tables, invite you to unwind and indulge.

The menu brings you the best of Italian cuisine with a nod to local products and flavours. Seafood features, of course, with delights such as fresh oysters from the nearby Ria Formosa, Portuguese squid and octopus, as well as meat dishes, a range of salads, and of course the famous Paper Moon pizzas and fresh pastas. Next to Paper Moon is the Sea Sky Lounge bar. This is the spot for drinks at dusk, sipping some mixologist magic as the sun sinks below the horizon. There are regular DJ sessions here and the vibe is pure summer relaxation, mixing and mingling to great sounds, and with those stunning views.

There is direct street access to Paper Moon and Sea Sky Lounge and both are open to external guests as well as W Algarve guests.
