Market Kitchen at W Algarve is a gorgeous dining space, inspired by Portuguese markets and flavours. Classic favourites given the W treatment, seasoned with contemporary flair, and inspired by the variety and richness of the local produce, from land and sea.

The famous Algarve light streams into the high-ceiling dining room, highlighting the beautiful, traditional blue Portuguese tiles, and the awnings that are reminiscent of market stalls. Bright colours and clear light match the carefree vibe, energized with good food made from good products. Dine inside, at the tables or at the high bar “market stall”, or opt for sunny outdoor meals on the lovely terrace. The views? The fabulous gardens with a vista sweeping down to the ocean, plus the best views of the W fountain shows (every evening at 8pm and 9pm).

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the menu at Market Kitchen is varied, fresh and packed with flavour. It is effortlessly healthy, featuring fresh-from-the-sea fish and seafood, tender meats grilled over charcoal, an array of salads and vegetarian dishes, as well as sweet treats for those moments of indulgence. A special mention for the sushi - simply stunning!.

The focus is on local produce and Portuguese flavours. The seafood is as fresh as can be, and locally sourced, with much of it coming from the Ria Formosa natural park, just a few kilometres from the resort.
