Kronos Homes launches new resort near Lagos

Palmares Ocean Living and Golf resort was launched by Kronos Homes on 26th Sept. Villas, apartments and two 5 star hotels to complement the 27 hole golf course with stunning views of Alvor bay and the Lagos coastline.

Without doubt, Palmares golf offers some of the most spectacular views imaginable. The 27 hole course, made up of 3 loops of nine holes has stunning vistas of Alvor bay, of the long golden expanse of Meia Praia beach and across the town of Lagos to the amazing cliff and ocean scenery of Ponta da Piedade. Kronos Homes has launched a €250 million investment to create Palmares - Ocean Living and Golf Resort.



A residential touristic resort, the project includes villas and apartments as well as two 5 star hotels - one already in operation - an ocean front boutique hotel, and one under development which will have 152 rooms. Mindful of the stunning location and wonderful vistas, construction density at Palmares Ocean Living and Golf Resort will be held to 5.7% of its 200 hectares.

Kronos Homes brings its philosophy of #purdesign to the project with a focus on architecture, sustainability and environmental integration. The first Palmares apartments will be developed by RCR Architects who won the prestigious Pritzker award in 2017. All units will have sea views and look to integrate with the natural surroundings. The project will feature a Breeam Certification - one of the internationally recognized building sustainability certification systems.



The Kronos Homes project for Palmares Ocean Living and Golf Resort will include the construction of 460 units - 103 will be villas, 357 will be apartments. As well as the two hotels, there will be new clubhouse for Palmares golf and new sports and leisure facilities.
