WELL at Vale do Lobo is known for serving great food in a spectacular location, with fabulous live music and entertainment to set the mood during the summer months. This Omakase Experience takes their sushi dining to a whole new level.
Derived from the Japanese 'omakase' which means leaving it to the chef to decide on what dishes to serve, you can look forward to around ten different small dishes, curated by Chef Tiago Torres. The menu reflects the best of local produce on any given day, ensuring freshness, quality and maximum flavour, and using a mix of traditional and modern techniques to create an amazing sushi experience.
You can choose to dine at the Chef's Table for a unique and immersive experience, with a front-row view of the chef's skills, and explanations of each dish - the techniques and ingredients used and the concept behind each creation.
Or dine at your own table (Chef's Selection) by the gorgeous WELL splash pool or overlooking the sea.
