Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation  and by doing this, helps promote healing. Although simple, Reiki is in fact a very powerful technique and ally in our modern lives.

Bernadette McDaniel is a certified Reiki healer as well as a psychotherapist. Having practiced psychotherapy for over a decade, Bernadette wanted to add a more holistic approach to her work and thus incorporated Reiki into her practice.

Bernadette works from her home office in central Algarve and also makes house calls. She offers Reiki for children and can offer 1 hour or 30 minute appointments. Gift certificates can also be bought on request - a perfect gift to offer.
