Open to both hotel guests and the public, Louro offers the excellent hospitality associated with the Conrad name. The dining room is spacious and bright, with a great terrace for outside dining, to make the most of the superb climate, as well as the gorgeous views across the Conrad Algarve's infinity pool and beautiufl gardens.

Led by executive chef Benjamin Painset, at Louro the focus is firmly on quality local produce - excellent seafood, tender meats, fresh vegetables and fruit. While honouring these ingredients, along with traditional Portuguese and Algarvian flavours, Benjamin brings some innovative Mediterranean inspiration, resulting in enticing, contemporary menus.

Lunch at Louro is served from 12pm to 4pm, and the menu is an ode to fabulous mediterranean feasting, with strong Algarvian overtones – fresh clams from the near-by Ria Formosa, shrimp from the coast, piri-piri chicken, Iberian pork tomahawk, and more. There is also a range of salads and pizzas to enjoy.

The dinner menu at Louro emphasizes the outstanding local produce – octopus ceviche, beef and oysters from the Ria Formosa, prawns with Algarvian orange, confit cod, Portuguese beef tenderloin, and more.
Dessert is not an afterthought here as the pastry chefs are magicians and rustle up consistently indulgent, tempting and delicious delights for your enjoyment.
