Marta Gomes leads a series of Women's Health Workshops at Vila Vita Parc aimed at connecting the inner self with one's body. Breathwork, nutrition and pelvic awakening workshops. Group and private workshops available, registration is required. Open to the public as well as resort guests.
Held every Thursday, the workshops encompass health and fitness topics and are suitable for all ladies, regardless of age, body type or background.
The workshops are open to the public, as well as Vila Vita Parc guests, and can be booked for groups or individually.

About Marta Gomes
With a degree in Physiotherapy and a Master degree’s in Cardio-Respiratory, Marta soon turned to Traditional Chinese Medicine, seeking an integrative knowledge about the body, health and well-being.
She later deepened her knowledge of Functional Nutrition and Motor Control through Pilates Method.
