Each class focusses on a different aspect of your physical and mental wellbeing, from helping to improve your mobility to relaxing your mind and body.
4th - Yoga for Tight Hips & Hip Stability - 7pm
A workshop that will ease tightness and create stability in your hips, to improve your range of movement, postural alignment, and provide support and stability for your spine.
14th - Yoga Hip Opener Masterclass - 10am
This masterclass will help to release tightness in your hips, boost circulation and assist with creating an energetic shift in your mind and body.
18th - Yoga for Stress Relief - 7pm
Unwind and let go of it all with this stress relieving masterclass, that will help elevate your mind, relax your body, lift your mood and free your soul.
The Campus Yoga Masterclasses and Workshops are open to everyone aged 16 and over.
PRICES: 60€ for non-members / 55€ for members.
Venue: Outdoors at The Campus, Quinta do Lago - next to Court 6.
Please book at least 24 hours in advance for each class.
A limited number of yoga mats and props are available, but you are advised to take your own.
