The Campus is Quinta do Lago's sports hub, providing top class tennis, padel and sports facilities for professional athletes and enthusiastic amateurs. The multisport, high performance complex welcomes elite athletes as well as residents and holiday makers, all looking to hone and perfect their sporting prowess. With professional coaching, adapted for all levels, and in a wonderful setting within the luxury resort, The Campus is the place to be for active fun in Quinta do Lago.

The Campus offers tennis, padel and biking, plus the state of the art High Performance Campus with a top quality Desso GrassMaster hybrid pitch, a high performance gym, stadium spec locker rooms, hot and cold recovery baths, sauna and Turkish bath, as well as video analysis facilities and treatment rooms. These facilities have been designed to allow world-class professional rugby and football teams to train at The Campus. There are also fitness rooms, spinning rooms, yoga studios, and a heated outdoor pool. All the facilities at The Campus are available to members, so even the most amateur of athletes can aspire to be elite, whatever their level.

There are 4 acrylic courts to ITF tournament standard and 2 synthetic clay courts for tennis and 4 panoramic courts for padel, plus covered courts. All courts are floodlit. The aim of The Campus is to provide the perfect setting and facilities for performance training for professionals as well as enjoyable coaching and social tournaments for amateur players. A particular focus of The Campus will be the development and enhancement of younger players abilities and talents, giving them the opportunity to engage in competitive sport. There is a Kids Club with a Drop & Go service and many fun activities for younger sports fans throughout the year.

The Bike Shed at The Campus
The Bike Shed aims to become a major cycling hub in Portugal. Within Quinta do Lago, this is where you can find an array of bikes that you can hire out for social spins or training rides around the resort. The Ria Formosa Natural Park has an abundance of paths and trails whose amazing views and scenery make any bike ride memorable. You can join one of the organized bike rides - Social Spins, 100km challenge, there are several each week - or simply hire out some bikes for a few hours.

High Performance Campus
State-of-the-art facilities for professional athletes and international teams for pre-season preparations, warm weather training and rehabilitation. The stadium-quality Desso GrassMaster hybrid pitch, high-performance gym, recovery pools, video analysis and treatment rooms provide all the facilities top teams require, in a secure and private setting, allowing teams to focus on their training.

Triathlon Training at The Campus
The Campus is also a super triathlon training location. Not only are there highly qualified coaches available to improve your performance, but the facilities are also superb with a heated outdoor pool, and the running and biking trails are in the beautiful natural setting of the Ria Formosa nature park. Triathlon training for both adults and juniors is available.

Swim Academy at The Campus
Year-round swimming in the heated outdoor pool, with tuition available for both adults and children.. Private tuition and group classes are available, as well as open water swimming.
