Located close to Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, The Fit Life Pilates Studio is a spacious and airy training venue. Specializing in Pilates, there are group mat Pilates classes available as well as Reformer Pilates.
Group Pilates Classes
You can book a pack of classes or just opt for individual sessions. There are no complicated registrations – just book your spot and train.

Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates incorporates many of the mat Pilates exercises, however, the machine adds extra dimensions. It can make an exercise more challenging by adding resistance or can provide greater support by adding resistance. This makes Reformer Pilates excellent for all levels of experience and fitness when used with expert instruction.

It is also possible to book private At Home Pilates sessions and special events.
The Pilates Studio is adjacent to The Fit Life Training Studio which offers a range of classes and activities with expert trainers, as well as personal training. You can train indoors, where there is floor to ceiling movable glass paneling, or outside, where you have 120m2 of shaded area and a cross-training rig.
