Description

We offer a tour of our family brewery with our master brewer. The history of our brewery is above all that of a Franco-Portuguese family who discovered their passion for craft beer in northern France, where they lived for several years before deciding to change their lives and return to share this passion and expertise in their region, where it all began, in the Algarve. Want to know everything there is to know about beer? How it's made, what ingredients go into it, how to taste it? Our master brewer will reveal all! In the heart of the brewery, you will discover each stage of the beer-making process and how it influences the final product. From its ancient history to its extraordinary recent development, from its production to its tasting, beer will hold no more secrets for you. Discover the diversity of flavors and sensory experiences offered by this precious beverage. The tour is followed by a tasting workshop where you will be introduced to the basics of zythology (the 'science' of beer) through the different styles of beer brewed on site.
