New Winter Menu at Vino, W Algarve

Vino at W Algarve, Albufeira, has a fabulous new menu for winter 2025-2026. There are four and six course tasting menus with optional wine pairing, as well as a diverse à la carte menu with some outstanding seafood, Wagyu beef and indulgent desserts. 

Vino, the resort's elegant wine bar and restaurant, has launched a new seasonal menu with comforting flavours, to be enjoyed in the stylish setting and with views across the resort and ocean bay.

The new menu features two tasting menus - a four course and a six course menu. Both have optional wine pairing available. The à la carte menu - which also has wine pairing suggestions for each dish - offers a diverse array of tempting dishes, featuring cheese and charcuterie selections, oysters from the near-by Ria Formosa, slow cooked Wagyu beef, and a risotto with smoked sardines.  See the menu in the More Info tab.

Special mention for the great choice of premium and artisanal seafood conservas - you can sample Bonito in olive oil, sardines, musels, cockles, smoked trout, octopus, razor clams and more.

Save space for the indulgent desserts, especially the sweet interpretation of Algarve, in Winter, featuring chocolate, orange, almond and honey.
