Depart from Faro on a catamaran to cross Ria Formosa’s channels, observing seabirds feeding along the marsh edges. The tour includes four stops across three islands.
Your first stop is Ilha Deserta for 45 minutes, where you can swim and snorkel in clear waters. Next, visit Ilha do Farol for 45 minutes to explore the lighthouse and photograph the typical Algarve houses. The third stop is Ilha da Culatra, a fishing community offering two hours of free time.
You may choose to have lunch at a traditional restaurant on the island, serving fresh fish and seafood. The final stop lets you observe oyster farming at the Hangars. On the return, watch the tidal changes in the Ria Formosa.
