HANDS-ON WORKSHOPS
Viceroy at Ombria Algarve hosts a series of hands-on workshops showcasing ancient artisanal craft and local traditions. Each workshop is an opportunity to dive a little deeper into the essence of the Algarve.

Weaving Workshop - led by local artisans, learn to weave Esparto grass, used for centuries to craft practical and decorative pieces. Share moments and stories, and craft your own unique design.

Bread Making Workshop - a very satisfying experience at Cafe Central. Use traditional methods and age-old techniques to bake delicious bread, led by the resort's expert chefs.

Medronho Mixology Masterclass - led by Solalua master cocktail-maker, learn about Medronho - the local spirit made from arbutus berries. Authentic, bold and beloved in the Algarve, Medronho is the star of these signature cocktails.

Chocolate Making Workshop - with the expert guidance of the resort's pastry chef, learn to temper chocolate and mold your own unique chocolate bar, enriched with Algarve flavours.
