Immerse yourself in the wilderness of the West Algarve and see the magic of the reef up-close! Fun, Educational & Inspiring!
Our 'Tide Pool Safari' is about getting in touch with marine life and learning about animals such as sea urchins, anemones, crabs, goose barnacles, sea stars, mussels, octopus and other fascinating critters that make their homes in the West Algarve tide pools.

Only one time per day during 2 weeks of the month the low tide allows us to explore the exposed reef and rock pools to show off their incredible inhabitants.
Life can be challenging there!That's why they developed over millions of years super skills in order to survive the harsh conditions.
Some of them produce a super glue stronger than the spider web in order to get attached to the rock. Others change their teeth every 2 days to be able to eat.
And there are a lot more fascinating things to learn about these creatures.

Join us for an educational, fun and interactive experience!
Price: Adult 30 €,
Children (until 11) 15 €
Group size is up to 10 persons.
Duration: 1,5 hours
Location: Monte Clerigo Beach (35km away from Lagos)
