Tribulum is one of the Algarve's most recent eateries. It's setting the bar high in terms of fresh, flavorsome food paired with outstanding hospitality. The emphasis is on home-made, fresh food, with a field to fork philosophy. The wine list, created by Sommelier Justin O'Hanlon features regional, national and international wines. Justin pairs with Chef Jonnie Pratt to create not only fabulous dining experiences. Both are passionate about bringing quality to the table and creating those magical experiences where every element of setting, atmosphere, food and wine come together.
Sunday Lunch at Tribulum - a modern and creative menu is available every Sunday for a fabulous lunch with friends and family. There's a traditional roast of course, along with tempting dishes such as crispy pork belly, home-made ravioli and steak.
The 3 course menu includes a choice of starter, main course and dessert, including meat, seafood and vegetarian options. Special mention for the couvert of freshly-baked, home-made bread. The menu changes regularly to reflect the fresh and seasonal produce.
