Tribulum is one of the Algarve's most recent eateries. It's setting the bar high in terms of fresh, flavorsome food paired with outstanding hospitality. The emphasis is on home-made, fresh food, with a field to fork philosophy. The wine list, created by Somelier Justin O'Hanlon features regional, national and interantional wines. Justin pairs with Chef Jonnie Pratt to create not only fabulous dining experiences. Both are passionate about bringing quality to the table and creating those magical experiences where every element of setting, atmosphere, food and wine come together.
From Nov. 2020, you can enjoy Sunday Lunch at Tribulum. The 3 course menu includes a choice of starter, main course and dessert, including meat, fish and vegetarian options. Special mention for the couvert of freshly-baked, home-made bread. The menu changes weekly to reflect the fresh and seasonal produce.
