Christmas at Gusto by Heinz Beck
Christmas Eve at Gusto - Fine dining at Gusto with a special festive seven course tasting menu with optional wine pairing. From 7pm

Christmas Day at Gusto - a superb signature seven course tasting menu of Mediterranean flavours, with optional wine pairing. From 12:30pm

Christmas at The Nest
The Nest is the Conrad Algarve's recently launched cocktail lounge and bar, serving drinks, treats and fabulous bar food from day to night.

Christmas Eve at The Nest - a festive menu served in a family-style setting, delicious and indulgent. Wine pairing is available, as is a Children's Menu. From 7pm.

Christmas Day at The Nest - a special Christmas lunch menu to enjoy, with a complimentary glass of bubbles, and entertainment to keep the party going. There is a Children's menu available. From 12:30pm.

New Year's Eve - A Night at the Palace
The Conrad Algarve gala to welcome 2026. The ballroom is transformed into a magical Palace Garden, there is live music throughout the evening and a sumptuous buffet banquet with live cooking stations. Complementary Laurent-Perrier champagne and spectacular fireworks at midnight.
There is even a special programme for younger visitors (4 - 12 years of age) with entertainment, a buffet dinner and even a sleeping area for weary revellers.

New Year's Eve at Gusto
A fine dining feast featuring an eight course tasting menu with premium wine pairing and live entertainment.

New Year Brunch at The Nest
Step into 2026 with seasonal flavours, brunch favourites and bubbles in glasses, to enjoy in the stylish setting of Conrad Algarve's new lounge.
