Antónia is well known for the fabulous hospitality of A Vela and she will be cooking the featured dishes before you, explaining their origins, the traditions behind them and the best tips on how to make them delicious.
Places are limited, making this essentially a private dining experience, perfect for couples or small groups. An excellent way to celebrate a special day or to offer as a gift.
Advance booking is essential - preferably at least 48 hours in advance. Wine is paired with the dish served on the day. The wines, selected by Antónia, can also be bought to take home.
