Reach for the Stars Green Edition featuring Michelin Green Star chefs Marc Segarra and Carlos Teixeira, in August and September 2022. Reach for the Stars Green Edition with Chef Carlos Teixeira, 12th Sept. 2022
Recognized with a Michelin Star and a Michelin Green Star in 2022, Herdade do Esporão Restaurant, is managed by chef Carlos Teixeira, who will create a special menu at Atlantico restaurant. His cuisine is based on respect for the product, respect for nature and zero waste. In its menus, the Herdade do Esporão Restaurant uses products from a large vegetable garden, its own livestock production, as well as a protected forest where it sources wild products
Mixologist Javier Caballero, considered to be one of the most celebrated shakers of our time, will be on hand to create amazing cocktails to pair with the menu.

Reach for the Stars Green Edition with Chef Marc Segarra, 12th August 2022
Chef João Viegas, of Atlantico Restaurant at VILA VITA Parc welcomes chef Marc Segarra from El Refectorio. Offering creative, contemporary cuisine based on tradition, Marc Segarra's dishes are inspired by nature and flavoured by local elements, and focuses on reducing the environmental footprint in the restaurant, with seasonal and locally sourced products respecting the ecosystem of the region they are located in.
Complementing the magical food, world-class Mixologist Giacomo Giannotti will be in action too, working alongside Marc Segarra, to create a cocktail pairing with the special menu on 12 August. Prior to the dinner, Giacomo will be showing off his cocktail skills at the Manzar Terrace and at the House Bar.
These events are part of a series of gourmet extravaganzas hosted by VILA VITA Parc to celebrate the resort's 30 year anniversary.
