Gathering: yoga-sound journey-dance

Healing Circle Retreats and Quinta da Eira invites you to its first gathering at  in the Silves countryside.

The event will be held at Quinta da Eira and the aim of this gathering is to bring like minded people together, to get to know each other, exchange and have a good time.

If you play an instrument, bring it along - there may well be a spontaneous jam session!

PROGRAMME
11:30am Yoga of love - Heart opening flow with Melinda.
This class will guide you through a little journey of the heart, through yin and yang, through love and pain, through strength and surrender… through life...
Max: 25 people
No yoga experience needed, but please bring your own yoga mat.

3pm Experience a Magical Journey with Johnny White.
Embrace this journey of sound through the frequencies of singing bowls, crystal bowl, gong, shamanic drum and handpan, amongst others.

Inside of you there are many mysteries ready to unfold and, with the help of these divine frequencies, you will be encouraged to connect yourself with the Universe and learn a bit more about yourself.
Max: 50 people.
Please take a blanket to keep you warm. If you prefer to sit, please take a yoga mat or a pillow.

In addition, you can have a Tarot reading, Reiki session, a massage or your astrology explained. Plus, there will be organic dried fruit, crystals, organic dried herbs, etc.

FOOD & DRINK
A delicious lunch will be served:
Soup / vegan / vegetarian options / 1 drink / fruit - reservation required.
There will also be snacks and drinks available.
(You may bring your own food and beverages if you wish.)

There is the opportunity to sell your hand crafted and organic grown items.
(Contact the organisers if your are interested in selling something.)
