One of the first restaurants to open on Praia da Rocha beach, back in the 1960s, today, O Bonézinho is a family-run business offering great food and relaxed moments, right by the sea. Traditions are respected here, inspiring the fabulous flavours of the Algarvian dishes, and the commitment to use local and quality products and dishes enjoyed by generations of locals are given a contemporary flavour.

The menu includes a choice of cataplanas (seafood or fish stews) cooked and served in a clam-shaped dish, squid, fish, and prawn kebabs, a selection of grilled fish, steaks, chicken, and vegetarian options. Light meals and snacks are available throughout the day.

At O Bonézinho you can sample some Algarve wines, to complement the local flavours of the food. There are some excellent wines produced in the region, well worth trying.

The beachside terraces at O Bonézinho are the preferred spot for relaxed meals or a drink with friends. Take a break from the sun with a cold drink on the shaded terrace or watch the sunset with a cocktail in hand.
