This 5-hour wine tour explores the Algarve region’s vineyards, combining tradition, nature, and local flavors. Your journey starts at Quinta do Francês, a boutique winery specializing in sustainable viticulture and quality wines, or at Villa Alvor, the Algarve’s largest wine producer with 30 hectares of vineyards. Here, you will enjoy three guided wine tastings.
Next, the tour stops at Sitio das Fontes, a peaceful nature reserve where you will have a locally inspired picnic lunch including fresh bread and a variety of fillings. Optional inflatable kayak rides on the Arade River are available.
The final visit is to Quinta dos Vales, a winery famous for its landscaped vineyards and outdoor sculpture trail. You can opt for an additional wine tasting here to sample distinctive Algarve flavors at an extra cost.
