Description

Begin your day at sea by observing wild dolphins in their natural habitat, guided by an experienced multilingual marine biologist who speaks Portuguese, English, French and Spanish. Board our comfortable, fast KYROS boat, which has a toilet, and depart from Marina de Portimão in the early morning when the ocean is usually calmer and visibility tends to be better. Each trip is unique: we search for dolphins wherever they are, and it is common to spot other marine species too. We have an above 95% historical sighting rate and follow an ethical approach that prioritises animal welfare, keeping safe distances and reducing speed during approaches. The experience lasts up to 3 hours. We will provide you with a short video and some photos of your observation, which are perfect for reliving and sharing! The tour is family-friendly, but not recommended for pregnant guests or those with back problems. Please bring comfortable clothing and footwear, and consider bringing sunscreen. Tours run year-round on Wednesdays and Saturdays in the early morning. Seats are limited. Meeting point and return: Quiosque No. 6, Marina de Portimão.
