Begin your Surf adventure with a convenient pick up from Carvoeiro, Lagoa, Portimão or Lagos, and travel in a comfort to one of the Algarve's most beautiful beaches. Upon arrival, meet your friendly and certified instructor who will guide you step by step. Start with a short theory and safety briefing on the sand, then a training of the movements and warm up, then hit the waves for a plenty of practice time with personalized feedback throughout the session. • - Minimum Age: Participants must be at least 12 years old and in good physical health ( under 12 years by request) - Experience level: No previous surfing experience is required. Beginners are welcome. -What to bring: Bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, snacks and water. wetsuit and surfboard are provided. - Weather and sea conditions: Lessons are subject to the weather and see conditions. in case of cancelation, we will offer a alternative date or refund. - Duration: Please arrive 10/5 minutes before on the pick meeting point, we need 5 to 6 hours to do the all activity, with the driving and changing and getting on the beach with the surfboards. - Safety: All lessons are guided by certified instructor. Safe instructions are provided. - Restrictions: Pregnant participants or people with heart conditions or Respiratory problems should consult a doctor before booking.
