Amara Restaurant is a welcoming, light-filled space, with fabulous views of Quinta do Lago's North course. Inspired by Portuguese flavours the contemporary cuisine focuses on what is fresh and local, with a range of meat, seafood and vegetarian dishes. Aside from the à la carte menu, there are options to choose 2 or 3 dishes plus dessert menus. And the wine list is outstanding, curated by one of Portugal's youngest sommeliers, Daniela Rodrigues. Amara regularly hosts live music evenings. Throughout the year you can enjoy the delicious food along with the mellow sounds of jazz - a live perfromance with vocals and saxaphone, a perfect combination.
