Gusto, holder of a Michelin star, and the flagship fine dining restaurant at Conrad Algarve, has a new and delicious menu to match the vibrant summer season in the Algarve. Inspired as always by fresh and local produce, by Mediterranean and Italian cusine, and executed with skill and passion, the menu will be presented by Chef Heinz Beck on the 7th June 2026.
This exclusive menu premiere evening starts with a welcome reception featuring signature canapés and cocktails, followed the new tasting menus, with a choice of 7 or 9 courses.
Signature dishes that are perfectly evocative of summer and its pleasures are paired with a curated selection of premium Italian wines, beautifully complementing each dish.
