Algarve Foot Golf

Play Foot Golf at Desert Pines, located at the Algarve Tennis and Fitness Club, near Vale do Lobo. A fun activity, that's great for all ages. no previous experience is required and all equipment is provided.

The Desert Pines course opened in Spring 2017 and was recently renovated to keep the experience fresh. A purpose build course, there are 9 holes, which can be played back to front, giving you 18 holes to test your skills with your feet. The course is set between trees and bushes on undulating ground, giving a unique mix of a desert and a forest course.
 

Foot Golf is exactly what the name says. It combines elements of football and golf, where players kick a football around the course and into the cups, with as few kicks as possible. Your feet become the golf clubs.

Total novices will have as much fun showing off their prowess as more experienced players. Foot Golf is great for any age, you can play relaxed and fun games with the family, or up the ante and play more competitively. More active than mini-golf, Foot Golf keeps players coming back, as they can see their skill levels improve each time they play.

At the Desert Pines Footgolf course at Algarve Tennis and Fitness Club the holes are between 35 and 95m long and divided into par 3, par 4 and par 5 holes. You can play in a variety of formats - singles, pairs and teams. Kick-off from the tee, navigate the obstacles and lay of the land, and aim to keep your score as low as you can.
You can play 9 or 18 holes. Five of the 9 holes were rejuvenated in 2023, delivery a new playing experience and challenge.

The great thing about Foot Golf is that all levels of players can enjoy it. No previous experience or coaching is required - just turn up and play.
No special equipment is needed either, just a pair of runners.
For groups, advance booking is advised.  Great for fun Hen and Stag parties as well as for kids parties.
