Check in 30 minutes before the activity. Meet our crew member just 250 meters away from the water. Learn paddling technique and get all the necessary equipment for an exciting water activity. Enter water and let the guide show you around our beautiful coastline. The guide will help you out with the technical side of the tour as well as explain to you some details about our coastline. Stop inside of the Benagil Cave, step out on the sand, swim, take your time to relax, take unique pictures or simply appreciate the beauty of nature. After that continue the tour and visit some other caves in the area like Marinha Beach or Corredoura, before returning to Benagil Beach. This tour is suitable for adults and children from 10 years old accompanied by adults – no experience needed.Includes

- 1. Please arrive to the meeting point 30 minutes before the activity. 2. Make sure you know where the meeting point is, please count some extra time for finding a parking spot. 3. On the day of your activity, please wear clothes which could possibly get wet. Swimming suit advised. Protect your head with a hat. 4. If you are carrying a camera/ cell phone - use waterproof case/ dry bag. Please note that we do not take responsibility in case of damage. 5. We recommend using a sun protection cream (SPF 50). 6. Bring a bottle of water. 7. There are no animals allowed on our tours, excluding guide dogs. 8.
