- Cave de Vinhos: Begin in the resort’s subterranean wine cellar - home to over 11.000 bottles of wine - enjoying welcoming aperitifs, fine canapés, and an introduction to the journey ahead.
- Mizu Teppanyaki: Travel East and savour exceptional contenporary Japanese cuisine with two signature dishes paired with premium sake or a bespoke cocktail.
- Atlântico: Contemporary Portuguese cuisine blended with Levant influences, with two vibrant dishes paired with wines selected by the Sommelier.
- Aladin Grill: Moroccan-inspired décor, golden stained glass windows and an open central kitchen where two signature dishes are prepared live, paired with award-winning wines.
- The evening finishes at the iconic Oasis Bar with a digestive toast and a personalized keepsake to commemorate the experience.
