Restaurant Ocean, houder van twee Michelinsterren, opent zijn deuren en keuken voor chef Frederik Berselius van Restaurant Aska, New York, ook houder van twee Michelinsterren. Samen stellen de chefs een zeer speciaal menu samen waarin hun visie en smaken tot uiting komen in 12 verschillende momenten.
