Den 18. maj kan gourmeter og elskere af fine dining nyde en eksklusiv oplevelse på Vila Vita Parc. Ocean Restaurant, indehaver af to Michelin-stjerner, åbner sine døre og køkken for chef Frederik Berselius fra Aska Restaurant, New York, der også er indehaver af to Michelin-stjerner. Sammen skaber kokkene en meget speciel menu, hvor deres vision og smage skinner igennem 12 forskellige øjeblikke.

Begge kokke er inspireret af naturen og havene, og de laver exceptionelle retter af kvalitetsprodukter, altid med respekt for essensen af hver ingrediens.
