- Platters of cheese and cured meats, rustic bread, olives, Choriço roasted at the table, cod fritters, cured tuna
- Creamy Cod pie or pork belly from the oven
- Chocolate mousse, coffee and Ginjinha cherry liquer
- Accompanied by Algarve wines from Villa Alvor adega, included during the meal
