One of the stars of the catering service is the Hog Roast. Succulent, tender, tasty meat to be enjoyed with an array of sides and salads. It’s the perfect relaxed summer menu. And, although the hog can take up to 7 hours to roast, thanks to the very clever mobile hog roast that the team invented, they only need to turn up at your venue 2 to 3 hours in advance, as the hog can cook while in transit.

As well as the Hog Roast, the team can produce a menu to suit your preferences, with vegetarian and vegan options, meat and fish dishes, plenty of canapé options and tempting desserts.
Big Red’s Catering can do a variety of styles too, from relaxed BBQ and Buffet to a full-on classic service. They can cater for smaller parties right up to groups of 350 people, providing everything required - food, tableware, glasses and drinks.
