Description
Enjoy a premium surfing lesson at Praia da Rocha in a small group of up to 3 participants, ensuring an exclusive and personalized experience. The session is fully adapted to your level, whether beginner or intermediate, with a focus on rapid progress, technique and safety. After a short theoretical explanation on the sand (safety, positioning, and technique), we move on to practice in the water with constant supervision and real-time feedback.
It includes all the necessary equipment (board and wetsuit), and you only need to bring your swimsuit, a towel, and a good attitude. The lessons last 90 minutes, which is the ideal amount of time for learning or improving surfing skills, provided the client is in good physical condition. With fewer students per group and dedicated attention from the coach, this is the ideal choice for those looking for quality, comfort, and real results in surfing.
