Description
Explore the Ria Formosa Natural Park from Tavira and embark on a unique journey through the channels of the Ria Formosa, passing by the following points of interest: 4 Águas, Arraial Ferreira Neto, Tavira Island, Deserta Island, Forte do Rato, Cabanas de Tavira, Forte São João da Barra, the Protected Area of the Ria Formosa Natural Park, the oyster farm, Terra Estreita and Santa Luzia – returning to the starting point in downtown Tavira.
You can see species of migratory birds, including flamingos, storks, kingfishers and terns, among others.
