• Free hotel pickup is available upon request within 3 km of Lisbon's downtown (Baixa). Please email us your hotel name. If your hotel is outside this radius, pickup is not included and you must choose one of the designated pickup locations or pay an extra fee to be picked up at your hotel. For cruise passengers, free pickup is only available at the Alfama cruise ship terminal. Please email us with your cruise name. Pickup at the Alcântara Cruise Terminal is available for an extra fee of €15, to be paid in cash or card on the day of the tour. Your tour guide will be driving a cyan blue Tuk-Tuk. In winter, our Tuk-Tuks are equipped with transparent rain and wind covers, along with blankets, so you can stay warm and still enjoy clear views of the city. Tuk-Tuks have limited storage space, so they can't accommodate wheelchairs, suitcases, or other large items. Tuk-Tuks are booked privately, limited to 6 passangers. Larger groups require 2+ Tuk-Tuks, with prices adjusted accordingly.
