- Good to know before you go: this activity is suitable for beginners as well as experienced participants. A full safety briefing and basic instruction are provided before starting. Life jackets and all necessary equipment are included
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled activity time. We recommend bringing swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, and comfortable beachwear. Participants should feel comfortable in the water
