Description
Choose between group or private lessons with experienced instructors certified in surf coaching. The lessons focus on a playful approach and respect for the ocean environment, helping surfers improve their skills in a safe, supportive setting.
The session starts with a yoga-influenced beach warmup, breathwork, and visualization exercises. Afterwards, enjoy a 2-hour surf lesson equipped with all necessary gear, including a board and wetsuit.
