The Michelin Gala announcing the stars attributed for 2026 resulted in 10 new one-star attributions in restaurants across Portugal, and 9 restaurants earning 2 Michelin stars. In the Algarve, 5 restaurants received one star each, while two restaurants, Ocean and Vila Joya, received 2 stars each.
