O nosso restaurante dedica-se a trazer-lhe os ingredientes locais mais frescos, habilmente elaborados em pratos que celebram os ricos sabores da cozinha portuguesa - com um toque único. No D'Arlete, orgulhamo-nos de obter os nossos ingredientes localmente, como amêijoas da região de Alvor, Flor de Sal do Algarve, azeite de Moncarapacho e peixe do mercado local.
