このフェスティバルは、ルーレの複数のステージで行われ、数時間にわたる音楽、および世界各地の数々のアーティストによる演奏が特色となっています。 'ワールドミュージック'で知られる有名なアーティストがイベントで演奏を披露し、手工芸品の展示、ダンスパフォーマンスやストリートシアター、詩、映画、子供向けのアクティビティなど、他の形態の芸術も紹介されます。 さらに、フェスティバル会場には、参加国のフレーバーを試食できる様々なレストランもあります。
