VILA VITA Parc Four Hands Dinner Experience at Ocean Restaurant

VILA VITA Parc presents an exclusive Four Hands Dinner Experience featuring culinary stars Christian Bau and Hans Neuner, at Ocean Restaurant on March 20th, 2018. VILA VITA Parc is no stranger to hosting amazing celebrations of culinary skill and chef artistry. Every two years the resort is home to the Fine Wines and Food Fair which brings together top chefs from around the world in a celebration of gourmet excellence in the biggest event of its kind in Europe.

On March 20th, the resort presents a more intimate but equally enthralling experience - Four Hands Dinner Experience. The hands in question belong to Chef Christian Bau, three Michelin-starred chef from the Victor’s Fine Dining by Christian Bau restaurant in Perl, Germany and Chef Hans Neuner from VILA VITA Parc's Ocean Restaurant, holder of two Michelin stars.



Christian Bau had earned three Michelin stars by the age of 34, the youngest German chef to do so. Passionate yet precise in his art and innovative in the search for deliciousness, the chef's creations are a fusion of classic french cooking with strong Japanese influences. By his side for this exclusive event is Chef Hans Neuner whose product driven dishes are the perfect showcase for the superb seafood of the Algarve and local and organic fresh produce from VILA VITA Parc's own country estate, Herdade dos Grous. Original and creative presentation is one of the the hallmarks of Ocean Restaurant's modern portuguese and mediterranean food.
