When will The Campus open? Please note that this is a  pre-sale and that the full facilities are not open quite yet. Your membership will commence on the first date that we open the full facility for member use.
Is there a joining fee? No, we like to offer ultimate flexibility, there should be no barrier to getting started at The Campus.
Is there a ‘gym only’ or a ‘spa only’ membership? All of our memberships are gym and spa memberships, just think of everything else as a bonus! There are no gym only memberships as we believe that all of our elite facilities should be available for everyone.
How can I use the pitch? The pitch is reserved for professional use only, if you have an enquiry then please contact us directly.
Can I bring a friend to use The Campus? Yes, the guest fee to bring a friend is 30€ this will be refunded to the guest upon their point of joining on a monthly or annual membership. We will also issue complimentary guest passes to our members from time to time.
Do I HAVE to have an induction? No, if you are confident and competent, then you can get started immediately once you have completed our health commitment statement. However we do recommend an induction and a health assessment.
Can I continue just as a frequent player for T&P? Yes you can, same price, same benefits. However our Campus full annual membership includes full FP status and benefits and is much better value.
Can I pay by direct debit for my membership? No, memberships run from the date purchased (not by calendar month) you can make a payment on the day of renewal via card online, over the telephone or in person at The Campus
Is there a Campus PRO membership? Yes there is, it includes private locker hire and kit laundry service amongst other great membership enhancements and will be introduced very soon, we will be in touch if they are interested.
Can I defer my start date? Yes, you can pay for your membership upfront now, and choose the start date of your membership for any date in the future, however, please note, once your membership has started it cannot be frozen and restarted again. i.e. once any membership starts it will run continuously for its duration.
Are towels included in the membership? Yes, complimentary towel hire is included in all memberships.
Can I bring my pet to The Campus? Only guide dogs are permitted.
Can I purchase Campus memberships from other QDL outlets or Guest Services? Campus Memberships are only available for purchase from The Campus, the team there are best placed to answer your questions and show you the facilities.
