Sounding into the Divine is a meditation journey that connects you with your divine nature through the power of sound, breathing and movement.During the 2,5 hour healing experience Efia and her co-creators will invoke, inspire and guide you to push through the barriers of the mind allowing you to expand your awareness and blast your heart chakra open, leaving you expanded and empowered!
The journey consists of:
- movement warming up
- deep breath work accompanied with healing saxophone
- invoking vocal toning techniques
- channeling of light language and light codes
- guided meditation
- high frequency soundbath
- soothing mantras to get you back up on your feet
