Pole Fitness is an excellent way to build strength, particularly upper body and core strength. It's a full-body workout where you use your core, back and shoulder muscles to perform moves. It's a great way to build strength, tone muscles and have fun.
The Fit Life is a personal training studio with a fabulous indoor-outdoor training space. Located adjacent to Tribukum Restaurant, there is a complete range of classes on offer here - from pilates to TRX and Mommy & Me.

How to prepare:
- Take off all jewelry
- Wear shorts to allow skin grip on the pole
- Avoid putting on moisturizers before class (again for the best grip possible!)
- No shoes required.
It is recommended to bring a towel and water bottle with you.
