La Bela France Dinner Series by VILA VITA Parc

Event Details

An encounter between French and Portuguese cuisines hosted at Bela Vita at VILA VITA Parc. Bringing together top chefs in a celebration of flavours and techniques, part of the 30 year anniversary events at the award-winning resort in 2022. The first dinner in the series features chef André Lança Cordeiro, from Essencial in Lisbon.

La Bela France, made up of three different dinner events, will start on 23rd May. Bela Vita Brasserie will host chef André Lança Cordeiro as he takes over the kitchens for one special evening. 

The chef's minimalist style and his concept of simplified French cuisine - the result of years spent in France and Switzerland - fuses with the philosophy of Bela Vita Brasserie, in Parisian flair, where the flavours of the Algarve and Portugal are enhanced with French techniques, celebrating both cuisines.

La Bela France series continues during the summer with two more dates on the agenda.

14th July - Chef Julien Montbabut carries on traditional French cuisine with his very own delicate, contemporary, and colourful touch, using some of the best products of the north of Portugal. He joins us on this particularly significant date in French culture to celebrate and 'revolutionize' the Bela Vita cuisine. Wines by Vranken.

19th October - Vincent Maillard from the famed Vista restaurant at Lily of the Valley Hotel in the heart of the French Riviera, joins us on this final evening of La Bela France series.  Drenched in sunshine and filled with colour, the Mediterranean region offers an incredible palette of flavours, which Chef Vincent Maillard perfectly reflects and celebrates in his dishes that offer a delicious hint of Provence.  Wines by Château Minuty.
