On 5th August at 16:00h, The Fit Life hosts a workshop dedicated to the spine - Healthy Spine Workshop: training the body for longevity.
What to expect:
-Return to the basics of anatomy, the structure of the spine and its main functions.
-Discover how to deal with or prevent common spine dysfunctions.
- Learn which different parts of our body support the spine. Learn about the role of the gluteus, feet, hips and abdominal muscles in keeping the spine healthy and strong.
- Explore what movements your spine needs, and the movements that should be avoided.
This workshop is for all levels of physical fitness, from beginners who would like to prepare the spine for movement or people with various spine disorders, to individuals who want to learn how to keep their spine in good condition for years to come.
